Group - History

The Modica Group story began in 1998, when two neighbours in an inner city appartment building decided over a few fine wines to harness the fresh creative talent of two talented friends, and form a new creative agency. Breathe Creative was born.

In 2001 the same two neighbours convinced 4 other talented friends to jump on board, and Breathe Creative evolved into Breathe Communications, a marketing oriented web development agency.

In 2002, an ISP company OneSquared was established to look after the hosting requirements of Breathes' clients, and then in 2004 Sonic Mobile came along. In mid 2006, a creative agency TOUCH/CAST/NEXT was added to the stable, and the Modica Group was formed.

The group has enjoyed rapid growth and today comprises four companies, in three countries, with a global vision, and a new media infrastucture with global reach.
