Our Management Team

Stuart Wilson - Group Executive Director

Stuart was listed by PC World (June, 2005) as one of the top twenty internet entrepreneurs in New Zealand. He is a member of the Small Business Advisory Group for Government.

Stuarts career is an internet success story. In 1992 he founded NetLink, New Zealands first Internet Service Provider, which was sold to Telstra. He then became a shareholder and regional director of Clearview Communications, which was sold to Australian listed company Libertyone.

Stuart was General Manager Convergent Solutions for TelstraSaturn before co-founding the Modica Group in 2001.

Greg Narain - Group Finance Director

Armed with a passion for innovation, Greg has spent his career building and managing successful businesses, and is a director of several Deloittes Fast50 Companies.

Greg’s Directorships include a number of high profile, internationally distributed private companies, including Kirra Tours, a leading New Zealand inbound travel wholesaler and tour operator, and Global Career Link, an international recruitment firm.

Greg co-founded the Modica Group in 2001. He is a member of the New Zealand Institute of Chartered Accountants.

Simon Stokes - General Manager, OneSquared

Simon has over 20 years senior management experience in the IT industry covering computer operations, on site installations, pre-sales consultancy, and solutions design in both UK and New Zealand

Formerly Internet Systems Product Development Manager for TelstraClear, Simon has a vast knowledge and experience in all aspects of ISP and hosting operations.

Simon co-founded Modica’s ISP subsidiary OneSquared in 2002.

Erin Rush - Sales Director, Breathe Communications

Erin is responsible for managing business development and key client relationships within the Modica Group, and consults extensively with clients in e-commerce marketing strategies.

Erin Spent 3 years as a Producer for Planet Go – Television New Zealands multimedia arm, before moving into the web space, where she has spent the past 10 years in consulting, marketing and account management for some of New Zealand’s largest companies and government agencies including BNZ, GlobalPlus, Wrightson, Caltex, Mainland Products Ltd, and WestpacTrust Stadium.

Erin co-founded the Modica Group in 2001.
