This morning I saw a short article on Forrester’s predictions on how 2016 is shaping up. I was particularly excited by the role mobile will play – here’s why.
Their post looks at the demand for eBusiness Professionals by looking at emerging trends. The key trend from my perspective were:
Mobile takes business beyond digital channels, roles & responsibilities
Although 14% of executives surveyed recognised the need, only 4% had the organisation, technology and talent to engage consumers on mobile. Forrester predicts that many mobile centres of excellence will appear to orchestrate the use of mobile throughout the organisation. I thought this was exciting as we are already having these conversations with our customers – perhaps NZ is ahead of the pack?
